CITY OF HAVERHILL, MASSACHUSETTS AS-NEEDED FACILITY MAINTENANCE SERVICES (IFB017.21) The City of Haverhill, MA is seeking bids for “As-Needed Facility Maintenance Services” for municipal and school facilities in accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 149, §§ 44A-44I. Major categories of work include: masonry and concrete; carpentry, drywall, and painting; and window and door installation. Sealed bids for this contract will be received at the Purchasing Office, City Hall, Room 105, 4 Summer Street, Haverhill, Massachusetts 01830 until 10:00AM, Thursday, May 6, 2021 at which time the bids will be opened and publicly posted.
