City of Lawrence INVITATION TO BID Lawrence Library Floor Finishes Replacement The City of Lawrence, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids for interested in the Lawrence Library Floor Finishes Replacement. The work includes, but is not limited to, the replacement of the floor finishes on the ground, second and third floor of the Lawrence Library. Bidders may obtain bidding documents online starting Wednesday, May 12, 2021, at www.cityoflawrence.com/bids. General Bidders must be certified by DCAMM in the prime Category of floor covering to be considered an eligible bidder. There will be a prebid walk-through for all interested bidders at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, May 19, 2021, at the Lawrence Library, located at 51 Lawrence Street, Lawrence, MA.
