REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
Affordable Housing and Homeless Services in Spokane Valley

The City of Spokane Valley is accepting proposals to distribute up to $6 million of American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds to provide affordable housing solutions and services for those experiencing homelessness. Proposals for results-oriented projects that create sustainable solutions to prevent homelessness, permanently housing those that are experiencing housing insecurity, and provide long-term affordable housing units are encouraged.

The RFP and any addenda, or modifications thereto may be obtained on the City””‘s website at www.SpokaneValley.org/grantfunding or by contacting Sarah Farr at sfarr@spokanevalley.org or 509-720-5041. Applicants must register from the website to submit proposals through the City””‘s ARPA Portal. Proposals must be received no later than 4 p.m. February 10, 2023, and will be evaluated by City Council in March. Incomplete or late proposals will not be accepted.
