CITY OF WHITESBORO REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR ENGINEERING SERVICEES PUBLIC NOTICE The City of Whitesboro has received a Contract award from the Texas Department of Transportation (TXDOT) under the Transportation Alternatives Set-Aside (TASA) Program. The City of Whitesboro is seeking to contract with a qualified engineering firm to practice in the State of Texas to prepare all preliminary and final design plans and specifications, and to conduct all necessary environmental studies and prepare environmental documentation. A Request for Proposal package containing detailed instructions to respondents and the criteria to be used in evaluating proposals can be obtained from the City Secretary’s Office.
