Continuum of Care, New Haven, Connecticut LEGAL NOTICE INVITATION TO BID LEGAL NOTICE INVITATION TO BID: CONTINUUM OF CARE, NEW HAVEN is requesting licensed and insured contractor bids for their property located at 133 Maple Street, New Haven. Major renovation to first floor unit to meet ADA modification which includes renovation to existing bathroom to a ADA full bathroom, renovations to kitchen, doorway changes throughout unit, install of a front exterior handicapped ramp. Project will also include installation of interior sprinkler and alarm system throughout property with generator backup. Project also involves renovations to existing front and back porches of property. Project does have a security scope which owner will select separate vendor for such. Owner to select tile style, colors, and fixtures and GC to provide allowance. Further information of scope will be given at scheduled site visit. The owner will arrange for environmental testing to be completed of areas targeted for construction. GC price should include dumpster and permit feeds. The project is tax-exempt. A bidding site meeting will be held at 133 Maple Street, New Haven on 2/24/2022 at 10am. Architect bid set will be distributed to attending GCs and/or can be emailed. All bids are due by 3/10/2022 at 10 am. All bids, W9, work scope/project timeline and copy of license and questions should be submitted in writing to Monica O’Connor via email moconnor@continuumct.org or delivered to 109 Legion Avenue, New Haven.
