Coos County New Hampshire Request for Proposal (RFP) to develop Coös County Broadband Roadmap to Implementation. Scope of work is to assess and analyze broadband needs identifying path(s) required to improve and expand the broadband capacity of Coös County and Municipalities within the County. This RFP is issued to respond to grant awards from the USDA Rural Development and American Rescue Plan Acts Funds. Coös County seeks a qualified consultant or team of consultants to develop a Comprehensive Broadband Plan that will identify assets, gaps in the current network, identify potential models, and prioritize project areas for implementation.
