SOUTHBOROUGH PUBLIC SCHOOLS Southborough, Massachusetts INVITATION TO BID Sealed bids will be received at the Office of the Superintendent of Schools, 53 Parkerville Road, Southborough, Massachusetts on Wednesday, August 4, 2021 at 12:00 p.m., for the following emergency, maintenance. and repair services: Electrical HVAC Plumbing Bids will be opened publicly at that time. Specifications and all other bid documents may be obtained at www.nsboro.k12.ma.us; at the Office of the Superintendent of Schools, 53 Parkerville Road, Southborough, MA; by calling (508) 486-5115; or by emailing rpellegrino@nsboro.k12.ma.us. Bids shall be addressed to the Office of the Superintendent of Schools and should be submitted in the forms specified, in a sealed envelope endorsed “BID PROPOSAL” with title of the bid, the bidder’s name, and bidder’s address clearly labeled. Each bidder shall enclose with the bid an acceptable bid bond or bid deposit in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid’s value on the form specified. The Public Schools of Southborough reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in bidding and to make the award as appears to the best interests of the Public Schools of Southborough.
