FDR/ Paving Project Contract:
Perform approximately: 5156 SY of FDR-Mechanical Stabilization, incorporating approx. 250 ton of 2B Stone, furnish and place approx. 928 Ton of 19mm Asphalt Binder Course-Fine Graded, and approx. 145 ton of 2A Subbase for shoulder backup. Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of worker’s compensation insurance will be required from the lowest responsible bidder. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
