GREATER LAWRENCE TECHNICAL SCHOOL ANDOVER, MA 01810 REQUEST FOR SEALED BIDS In accordance with M.G.L. c.30, §39M, The Greater Lawrence Regional Vocational Technical School District, hereinafter called the “Owner” and/or the “Awarding Authority,” invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Athletic Campus Improvements – Phase 5 at The Greater Lawrence Regional Vocational Technical School located in, Andover, MA in accordance with the contract documents. The project involves construction of 5 tennis courts, fencing, and related amenities. Sealed bids for the General Contract shall be filed with the Awarding Authority by Thursday, September 16, 2021 at 12:00 pm., local time, at the Greater Lawrence Technical School Central Office, 57 River Road, Andover, MA 01810. At this time bids will be publicly opened. Bid Forms and Contract Documents will be available from Carol Dwyer at cdwyer@glts.net after 12:00 pm on Wednesday, September 1, 2021. A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at the project site on Wednesday, September, 8, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. All those attending the Pre-Bid Meeting are instructed to meet on site at the Greater Lawrence Technical School at the school’s tennis courts. All bids for this project are subject to applicable public bidding laws of Massachusetts, including Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30, § 39M, as amended. The District Committee reserves the right to waive any informalities, to accept or reject any or all bids, if it be in the public interest to do so.
