Hamilton Housing Authority Public Notice for Written Quotes Elevator Maintenance Contract The Awarding Authority, invites written quotes from Contractors for Elevator Maintenance and Repairs Service Contract for the Hamilton Housing Authority in Hamilton, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents herein. The estimated three (3) year value of this Contract is $18,000 not to exceed $50,000.00. All Quotes are subject to applicable bidding laws including, but not limited to M.G.L. c.149 §44A ­ H, M.G.L. c.30 and applicable federal procurement laws. To the extent there are inconsistencies between state and federal procurement laws, the more stringent standard will be followed for purposes of this Request for Quotes. Written Quotes will be received until 2:00 PM, on February 2, 2022. All Quotes should be submitted via email only to kate@ipswichhousing.com and received no later than the date & time specified above. All Quotes should contain the subject line `HHA IFB Elevator Contract’. Complete Invitation for Bids can be requested by sending an email to kate@ipswichhousing. com. There will be a recommended, but non-mandatory, pre-bid conference held on Tuesday January 19, 2022 at 10AM located at 121 Railroad Ave, Hamilton MA. All questions and requests for interpretation must be submitted in writing to kate@ipswichhousing.com no later than January 26th, 2022 at noon.
