NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Directors of the Hammond Water Works Department of Hammond, Indiana, at the office of said Board, 6505 Columbia Avenue, up to and including 4:30 p.m., Central Standard Time on the 9th day of March, 2023 for:

ANHYDROUS AMMONIA

HYDROFLUOSILICIC ACID

LIQUID CHLORINE

All bids must be on Form No. 95 completely filled out and accompanied by a bid bond of 5 percent (5%) of the bid. The bid bond is a guarantee that if a proposal is accepted, a contract will be entered and performance properly secured.

Specifications are on file in the office of the Chief Executive Operator of the Hammond Water Works Department, prospective bidders on request may secure copies.
