HART REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) 21-02 ARCHITECTURAL, ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES The Housatonic Area Regional Transit District (HARTransit) will accept requests for qualifications from vendors with requisite experience to provide architectural, engineering and construction management consulting services.
