Home Ownership In U.S. Decreases In All Regions

Washington, U.S. – The home ownership rate of 65.4 percent was lower than the third quarter 2020 rate of 65.4 percent (67.4 percent). The South and West had lower home ownership rates than the third quarter of 2020, while the Northeast and Midwest had no statistically significant difference in home ownership rates.
