ADVERTISEMENT By this Request for Proposals, LHT4 Limited Partnership (“LHT4”) is seeking the services of an experienced and qualified Construction Manager, (“CM”) to provide pre-construction services and potentially construction management services in connection with its forthcoming Lawnhill Terrace Phase 4 development (the “Project”). LHT4 is renovating a development consisting of 34 residential town house style units of two floors each, located within in five buildings on a 2.33-acre site. The development site is located at 31-97 Custer Street (odd numbers only), in Stamford, Connecticut. Construction is scheduled to begin in spring 2021 and continue for a period of approximately thirteen months. Estimated cost of construction is approximately $8,021,000. Please note that this job requires state and federal wage decision compliance. The current decisions are included as attachments to the RFP.
