INVITATION FOR BID #23104 COMPRESSOR SYSTEM REPLACEMENT AT GHS Pursuant to MGL Chapter 149, the City of Gloucester seeks sealed bids, Bid #23104, for Compressor System Replacement at two locations in the Gloucester High School. Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply. A bid deposit in the amount of 5% of the total bid price must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Labor and Materials (Payment) Bond in the amount of 50% of the bid price. Bids are due and will be opened at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, 9 Dale Ave., Gloucester, MA 01930, no later than March 1, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. Bid packages will be available by emailing: purchasing@gloucester-ma.gov beginning Feb. 8, 2023. There will be a pre-bid meeting Feb. 15, 2023 at 2:30 in the GHS. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept that which is deemed in the best interest of the City.
