INVITATION FOR BID Notice is hereby given that sealed bids are saught and requested for the Fall Leaf Cleanup of the Lawrence Housing Authority Properties located throuout Lawrence, MA. The contract or contracts will be awarded by the Lawrence Housing Authority and approved by their Board of Directors. Sealed bids will be received by the Lawrence Housing Authority at its office located at 65 Union Street (rear entrance) Lawrence, MA 01840. The Sealed bids will be publicly opened and read out loud at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, September 22nd, 2021. Sealed envelopes must be clearly marked: IFB # 202106 SEALED BID: Fall Leaf Cleanup Attn: Alan Fielding Specifications may be obtained free of charge at the Lawrence Housing Authority, 65 Union Street (rear entrance) Lawrence, Massachusetts, by calling 978-689-0281 or by email request to afielding@lawrencehousing.org. Bids must be made in accordance with the forms for General Bid, prepared by an obtained from the Lawrence Housing Authority. Bid documents will contain accompanying instructions to bidders, a copy of the specifications and any associated bid forms. The Lawrence Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and/ or informalities and to disregard all non-responsive bids and non-responsible bidders.
