INVITATION FOR BIDANNUAL JANITORIAL/CLEANING SERVICES M.G.L. Chapter 30B § 2The Chelmsford Housing Authority invites written responses from contractors for the supply of services as described in the specifications for ANNUAL JANITORIAL/CLEANING SERVICES. It is the intent of the Authority to award this contract for the period of 1 year with two 1 year options to renew. Work is estimated to cost $75,000.00. Each bidder is encouraged to attend a walk-through of the facilities on February 22, 2023, at 9 a.m. at the CHA Main Office, 10 Wilson St., Chelmsford, MA 01824. With an alternate date of February 23, 2023, at 9:00 am if inclement weather forces cancellation on the 22nd. The Specifications and Bid Forms must be submitted on or before March 1, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. to the Chelmsford Housing Authority, 10 Wilson St., Chelmsford, MA 01824 in a sealed envelope endorsed with the name and address of the bidder and clearly marked with the applicable contract name. Due to the closed bid nature of this solicitation, no electronic bids will be accepted. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder offering the lowest price. A responsible bidder has the capability, reliability, and integrity to perform the contract, per M.G.L. Chapter 30B § 2.
