INVITATION FOR BIDS A. NOTICE TO BIDDERS The Borough of Ellport, Pennsylvania, is requesting proposals for the ELLPORT BOROUGH 2021 PAVING PROJECT. The base bid includes paving on Mahony Ave. and Creek Lane, and line striping on Golf Ave, State Ave, and Mahony Ave. The base bid includes 6,351 S.Y. of 0″ – 6″ variable depth milling, 128 S.Y. of Base Repair, 578 Tons of 2″ Binder Course, 525 Tons of 1.5″ Wearing Course (SRL-L), 335 L.F. of Bituminous Wedge Curb, 4200 L.F. of Roadway Shoulder Backup, 13,590 L.F. of Double Yellow Line Striping, 13,590 L.F. of Single White Edge Line Striping, and 2 Manhole adjustments. This work will be performed under one (1) general contract. Sealed Bids will be received until 3:00 P.M. on Monday, July 19, 2021 at the Ellport Borough Building, 313 BURNS AVENUE, ELLWOOD CITY, PA 16117. Bids will be opened at the Ellport Borough Meeting held on Monday, July 19, 2021 at 7:15 P.M. The meeting location is the Borough Building located at 313 Burns Avenue, Ellwood City, PA 16117. B.
