INVITATION FOR BIDS BEAVER COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROJECT SEALED BIDS shall be received at the Community Development Program Office, 1013 Eighth Avenue, Beaver Falls, PA 15010 until 4:00 PM on Monday, 9/27/2021 for providing all labor and materials for: BF-116 – Helisek Building Façade Improvement, 715 14th St., Beaver Falls, PA 15010 NB-90 – Kelly Building Façade Improvement, 314 9th Street, New Brighton, PA 15066 Bids will be publicly opened and read at a regularly scheduled Bid Opening Meeting at the Community Development Program Office, 1013 Eighth Avenue, Beaver Falls, PA 15010 at 9:00 A.M on Tuesday, 9/28/2021. Bid Documents must be obtained at the office of at the Community Development Program Office, 1013 Eighth Avenue, Beaver Falls, PA 15010. Only bid documents obtained directly from the Community Development Program Office will be valid at bid opening. Bids must be submitted on prescribed forms. Facsimiles will not be accepted. MBE, WBE, and Section 3 businesses are encouraged to apply. Standard contract provisions of the Department of HUD, Act of 1968, as amended, and US Department of Labor for CDBG apply to this project, including Federal Prevailing Wages rates, Civil Rights, EEO, Federal Public Works, Affirmative Action, Section 3 Requirements, and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, EO 11246, 11625 together with all Standard Provisions of CDBG Programs.
