PRE-BID MEETING: 10:00 A.M., Tuesday 6/15/2021. Pre-bid meeting will be held via Webex. A link to the meeting is included in the Project Manual that is available for download on the STA website and local plan centers.

The project scope of work includes construction of three City Line bus stations at three separate locations on Riverside Ave in downtown Spokane. Scope items include demolition, traffic control, electrical and communications conduit, footings for future bus stop amenities, concrete curb, concrete bus platform, asphalt roadway, roadway striping and signing.
Contractors may obtain electronic copies of plans and specifications from the Project Manager stated above. Plans and specifications may also be viewed at local plan centers and STA””‘s web site www.spokanetransit.com.

This public works project is partially funded by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA). Bidders will be required to comply with all applicable FTA, FHWA, State and local rules and regulations per the specifications. The applicable wage rate provision for this project is the greater of State of Washington prevailing wage rates or Federal Davis Bacon Federal wage provisions, including but not limited to certified payroll submitted weekly and as required by RCW Chapter 39.12, apply to this project.
Use of DBE/MBE/WBE/MWBE contractors and suppliers is encouraged, but not mandatory. Bidders may also utilize Veteran-owned Businesses. Bidders may contact the Office of Minority and Women’s Business Enterprise and/or the Department of Veteran Affairs to obtain information on certified firms.
