INVITATION FOR BIDS The Town of Essex Board of Selectmen invites General contractors to submit bids for the Proposed Seawall Replacement Project at Conomo Point. The proposed project consists of removal of existing stone masonry seawalls, construction of a new cast-in-place concrete seawall, reconstruction of stone revetments, construction of vegetated buffers, and upland restoration and plantings. Sealed Bids will be received by the Office of the Town Administrator, Town Hall, 30 Martin Street, Essex, MA until 2PM on 10/14/21 and at that time and place will be publicly opened and read aloud. General Bidders may obtain complete sets of the Bidding Documents at www. accentblueprints.com. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals if it is in its best interest to do so.
