Request for Bid, Bid # 21-346 The Chicopee Housing Authority (CHA) invites interested service providers to submit sealed bids for the operation of the 36 month Resident Opportunity Program at the Cabot Manor Community Resource Center. The program has a budget of $110,000 per year. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c. 30B. Interested parties are invited to an informational pre-bid Q&A meeting at 128 Meetinghouse Road in Chicopee, MA 01013 on April 12, 2021 at 10AM. Sealed bids will be accepted at the Main Office of the CHA at 128 Meetinghouse Road, Chicopee, MA 01013, no later than April 19, 2018 at 2PM at which time bids will be opened and read aloud.
