TOWN OF WEST SPRINGFIELD, MASSACHUSETTS REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL #21-0028 REAL PROPERTY ASSESSMENT – FY22 UPDATE SERVICES The Town of West Springfield, Massachusetts is undertaking a program to update all Real Property for Fiscal Year 2022 pursuant to the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Specifications may be obtained from: https://www.townofwest springfield.org/governme nt/departments/finance/ procurement-bids/bids All proposals shall be sealed and addressed to: Sandra Wrona, Procurement Agent, Town of West Springfield, 26 Central Street, Suite 1, West Springfield, MA 01089. Sealed proposals will be received in the Municipal Finance Office until 10:00 am on Tuesday, April 27, 2020 Proposers shall submit one (1) original and three (3) copies of the separately sealed price and non-price (technical) proposals. This contract will be awarded to a responsive and responsible bidder whose proposal meets all of the requirements in the specifications. The Town of West Springfield reserves the right to waive any informalities, to accept or reject, in part or in whole, any and all proposals, or to take whatever action may be deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of West Springfield.
