LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT The City of Westfield invites sealed proposals for the City to Lease of 2,000 square feet of educational space for its School Transitional Program. Specifications may be received at, and proposals are to be sent to the Purchasing Director’s office, 59 Court Street, Westfield, MA 01085, Proposals must be clearly marked on the outside of envelope: “Lease of 2,000 Square feet of Office Space – RFP #21-021” All proposals must be in the Purchasing Office no later than April 23, 2021 at 2:00 PM where per M.G.L. c30 they will be publicly opened. No proposals will be accepted after the above stated date and hour. If for any reason City Hall is closed due to an unforeseen circumstance, the bid opening will be held on the next normal business day at the same time. No bids will be accepted after the above stated date and hour. The City of Westfield reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals if it appears to be in the public interest to do so.
