INVITATION TO BID Auditorium Sound and Lighting System Upgrades for Middle School. Bid Opening Date: May 21, 2021 Bid Opening Time: 1:00 PM Place: Windham Public Schools, Central Office, 355 High Street, Unit B, Conference Room, Willimantic, CT 06226 Windham Public Schools is seeking proposals for Performance Sound System and Theatrical Lighting System upgrades as well as Stage Curtain at the Windham Middle School. RFP is available on the Windham Public Schools website, https://www.windhamps.org/apps/pages/RFPs or at the DAS website. A pre-bid walk-through will take place on Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at 1:00 PM at Windham Middle School, 123 Quarry Street, Willimantic, CT 06226. Pre-registration is required. Bids will be accepted up until the date and time noted at the following: Windham Public Schools Central Office, Facilities Department, 355 High Street, Unit B, Willimantic, CT 06226. The Windham Board of Education reserves the right to award the contract to the company in the Board’s opinion its best interests will be served.
