NOTICE TO CONTRACTOR The Commonwealth of Massachusetts Springfield Technical Community College Sealed Proposals for Mass. State Project IFB 2022-04, Contract #1 – Title: Elevator Maintenance Bids will be received by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Springfield Technical Community College, at the Office of Facilities, Building 16, Attn: Margaret Solitario, as follows: General Bids: Wednesday, June 2, 2021 at 1pm And then in said office, open publicly and read aloud. In general, the project includes: Preventative Maintenance and Full Service on all campus Vertical Delivery Systems for a three year period. DCAMM certification is required. The Bidding documents may be obtained electronically commencing Wednesday, May 19, 2021, by sending an email to stccbidclerk@stcc.edu. Please include reference to the bid number, your company name, address, phone and fax numbers in the request. All bids for this project are subject to the provision of either or both Mass. G.L., Chapter 30, Section 39M as amended and Mass. G.L., Chapter 149, Section 44A-44T inclusive. Attention is directed to the minimum wage rates to be paid on the work as determined by the Commissioner of Labor and Industries under the provisions of Mass. G.L., Chapter 149, Section 26 to 27D inclusive. The Awarding Authority reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any and all bids if it be in the public interest to do so.
