LEGAL NOTICEThe Montville Public Schools (MPS) is requesting bid proposal for Oakdale Elementary School Site Improvement. Bid Specifications may be downloaded from the Montville Public Schools website under RFP’s: https://www.montvilleschools.org Proposal #2021-12– Oakdale Elementary School Site Improvement A MANDATORY PRE-BIDMEETING for all interested Proposers will be held on June 8, 2021 at 10:00 am at MPS at the Office of the Superintendent, 800 Old Colchester Road, Oakdale, CT (860-848-1228). Alternatively, bidder may arrange a meeting with the Director of Facilities no later than June 11, 2021 at 2:00 pm to review the project. Bids must be sealed and the envelope plainly marked in the lower left hand corner with the following: “ Kathy Lamoureux, 2021-12 – Oakdale Elementary School Site Improvementsâ€?, must be received by 10:00 am, Friday, June 18, 2021, at the MPS, Office of the Superintendent, 800 Old Colchester Road, Oakdale, CT 06370.Bids received after that date will not be accepted. MPS reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive minor irregularities in bidding and to select other than the lowest bid if deemed in the best interest of the district. The judgment of the MPS on such matters shall be final.
