Requests for Proposals will be available from the Department of Public Works beginning July 16, 2021 during normal business hours. The Department of Public Works is the awarding and contracting authority and reserves the right to reject any and all proposals if it is deemed in the best interests of the Town to do so. Completed proposals are to be submitted no later than 10:00 AM August 16, 2021 to the Department of Public Works, 60 Center Square, East Longmeadow, MA 01028.
