SOUTH WINDSOR PUBLIC SCHOOLSREQUEST FOR PROPOSALSRFQ No: 2022-002 ITEM: Request for Proposals for design services of the Timothy Edwards Roof Replacement project.The South Windsor Public Schools are soliciting qualifications and proposals for the roof replacement of the Timothy Edwards Middle School. The existing roof is a built-up bitumen multi-ply roof. The roof is 108,337 square feet in area. The project will be designed in the fall of 2021 with advertising in early 2022 and construction in summer 2022. This project is subject to OSCGR grant requirements for a roof replacement project.The RFP will be available on August 4, 2021 on the South Windsor Public Schools website as well as the Connecticut Department of Administration contracting portal. RFQ packages will be due no later than 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 26, 2021.
