SPRINGFIELD WATER AND SEWER COMMISSION ADVERTISEMENT: Invitation For Bid #PA-22-02: the Springfield Water and Sewer Commission invites bidders to submit sealed bids for Sand, Loam, Stone, and Gravel Per Springfield Water and Sewer Commission’s Specifications. Bids will be received by the Chief Procurement Officer at the Springfield Water and Sewer Commission, John J. Lyons Administration Building, located at 250 M Street Extension Agawam, MA 01001 up to September 16, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at which time they will be publicly opened and read in the Springfield Water and Sewer Commission’s Procurement Room. Bid packages are available free of charge at the office of the Springfield Water and Sewer Commission’s Procurement Office or electronically by email request to dpellegrino@waterandsewer.org. The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to reject any or all bids as well as to waive any informality in any bid received. All Bids must be received by 2:00 p.m. on September 16, 2021 at the above-mentioned address. No bids will be accepted after the stated time and date.
