This Invitation for Bids (IFB) includes off-street parking facilities in the City of Springfield. The facilities covered by this IFB document, currently include four (4) parking garages, three (3) surface lots and one (1) courtyard, totaling approximately 4000 parking spaces. The Springfield Parking Authority supports minority and women (MWBE) participation, as well as hiring locally, in all contracts. RESPONSES DUE BY: November 1st, 2021 before 2:00 PM local time (Est.); at the Springfield Parking Authority, 150 Bridge Street, Springfield, MA 01103-1417. The contract will be awarded to the responsible and eligible bidder with the lowest price within 30 days of Bid opening date, subject to the approval of the Governing Board of the Springfield Parking Authority.
