Invitation for Bid # 21-356 The Chicopee Housing Authority (CHA) invites interested contractors to submit sealed bids for an apartment turnover, maintenance, and construction service contract at 13 different CHA developments in Chicopee, MA. The work is estimated at $90,000/yr. DCAM certification is not required. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 §44 A-J and prevailing wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 §§26 to 27H inclusive and Davis-Bacon. Interested parties are invited to a Q&A session beginning at 6 Stonina Drive, Chicopee on October 21, 2021 at 10am. Bid Packages are available free of charge electronically by contacting rkachinski@chicopeehousing.org or may be picked up at 6 Stonina Drive Chicopee, MA. Sealed bids will be accepted at the Main Office of the Authority at 128 Meetinghouse Road, Chicopee, MA 01013 until October 28, 2021 at 2pm. There is no requirement for a bid bond associated with this procurement. No bids will be accepted after the stated time and date. Qualified minority and women contractors are urged to respond.
