G.L., Chapter 30, Section 39M as amended and Mass. G.L., Chapter 149, Section 44A-44T inclusive. Minimum wage rates to be paid on the work as determined by the Commissioner of Labor and Workforce Development under the provisions of Mass. G.L., Chapter 149, Section 26 to 27D inclusive.
