Invitation for Bid # 22-357 The Chicopee Housing Authority (CHA) invites sealed bids from electrical contractors for the fire alarm system upgrade at the 8-3 Canterbury Arms Apartments in Chicopee. The work is estimated to cost $245,500. DCAM certification in Electric is required. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.l49 §44A-J and to federal Davis- Bacon wage rates. This project is subject to Section 3 of the HUD Act of 1968 and to a Chicopee Housing Authority 10.4% MWBE bid requirement. Interested parties are invited to a pre-bid visit at 165 East Main Street, Chicopee, on Thursday, March 31, 2022 starting at 11am. THIS PROJECT IS BEING BID ELECTRONICALLY; HARD COPY BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
