Bids for furnishing of materials, equipment, and labor for the CY 2023 MILLING AND RECLAIMING OF ROADWAYS, WINDSOR, CT will be opened and read in the Rose Room of the Town Hall immediately following the deadline.Bids must be executed in accordance with and subject to instructions contained in the Information for Bidders. It is the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure the sealed bid or proposal is delivered prior to the deadline above.“CY2023 MILLING AND RECLAIMING OF ROADWAYS, WINDSOR, CTâ€? consists of the milling of town-owned roadways to a depth of 2 inches in advance of repaving to be performed by others.
