This program provides professional Transportation Demand Management products and services on a statewide basis and support services for public transportation operations. These products and services will serve to assist CTDOT in implementing operating programs to improve mobility, reduce traffic congestion and improve air quality, while offering employers and commuters valuable information and services, including encouraging the use of public transportation and other alternatives to driving alone.The Request for Proposal (RFP) documents, including instructions to submit your proposal, is available at the State of Connecticut, Department of Administrative Services (DAS) website at: https://portal.ct.gov/DAS/CTSource/BidBoard.
