Vesta Corporation and Honeycomb Real Estate Partners, of Connecticut are soliciting Request for Proposal (RFP) from Design Architect for a development in Chester, CT. The project consists of new construction of 40 units maximum 2 story construction. Design Architects who wish to be considered and have the experience and capacity to provide the required services shall obtain a copy of the RFP submission instructions from Sara Leadbetter & Steve Caprio. Design Architects shall request a copy of the RFP via email to sleadbetter@vestacorp.com and scaprio@honeycombre.com – For questions, contact sleadbetter@honeycombre.com no later than 12:00 pm on Wednesday, February 15, 2023. RFP submissions shall be delivered in electronic format only (no hard copy) to Vesta Corporation and Honeycomb Real Estate Partners to sleadbetter@vestacorp.com and scaprio@honeycombre.com no later than 4:00 pm on Friday, February 17, 2023.
