The Susquehanna Area Regional Airport Authority (SARAA), the owner and operator of the Harrisburg International Airport (HIA) will receive sealed bids for a Window Cleaning services contract for the terminal complex and parking garage at the Harrisburg International Airport.
A pre-bid walk through is scheduled for Wednesday, April 11, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. in the McIntosh Board Room at the HIA Terminal 3rd floor. The bid specs and related documents may be downloaded from the Harrisburg International Airport website www.flyhia.com.
Sealed bids must be mailed, or hand delivered to: SARAA Harrisburg International Airport, One Terminal Drive, Suite 300, Middletown, Pa 17057, to the attention of Thomas Rotondo. The envelope containing the bid documents and bid security must be clearly marked on the outside “Bid Proposal, HIA Window Cleaning”.
Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. April 18, 2022 at which time they will be publicly opened and read in the HIA Terminal Building 3rd floor, McIntosh Board Room.
SARAA reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
Bid security in the amount of 10% of the bid amount is required at bid opening. Additionally, the successful contractor will be required to furnish a performance bond in the amount equal 50 % of the contract total. This document shall be held as assurance that the contractor shall perform as bid.
Contractors must comply with all applicable federal and state law, rules and regulations.
