DUCTLESS HVAC/
AIR QUALITY PROJECT

The Montour County Board of Commissioners gives notice that it will receive sealed bids for the installation of a ductless HVAC system to improve air quality at the Montour County Prison, 255 Church Street, Danville, PA.
The succcessful bidder will furnish and install indoor, wall-mounted, ductless air handlers and outside HVAC condensing units in the first and second floor cell blocks, the bullpen and basement of the Prison.
Prospective bidders can contact Lieutenant Todd Leffler at 570-271-3039 for a walk-through of the project areas.
Bidders shall submit their bids in a sealed envelope and shall indicate on the face of the envelope: “Prison Air Quality Project Bids.” Bids will be received in the Office of Commissioners, Montour County Administration Center, 435 E. Front St., Danville, PA, 17821, up to but no later than 10:00 A.M. September 28. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 11:05 A.M. September 28 at a Board of Commissioners meeting in Conference Room B of the Montour County Administration Center.
Bids may be held by Montour County for up to 60 days from the date of opening. Montour County reseves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
