ONLY bidders holding current certification by the Dept. of Administrative Services, Business Set-Aside Unit as a Small Business, Minority-Owned Business or Woman-Owned Business are encouraged to bid on this contract. Only one (1) representative per company will be allowed on the walk through. Bidders are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid walk-through on Wednesday, October 6, 2021 at 9:00 am for the following site: 1. Derby Superior Courthouse 106 Elizabeth Street, Derby, CT We will meet outside at the front entrance and bidders will be required to sign in. Bid packages will only be available at the walk-through.
