INVITATION TO BID Fusco Management Company, LLC invites contractors to submit sealed quotations for Janitorial Services for the State of Connecticut, Judicial Branch. Only (1) representative from each company will be allowed on the walk through. Bidders holding current certification by the Dept. of Administrative Services, Business Set-Aside Unit as a Small Business, Minority-Owned Business or Woman-Owned Business are encouraged to bid on this contract. The site location is as follows: 1. Derby Superior Courthouse 106 Elizabeth Street, Derby, CT Bidders are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid conference and walk-through which will take place at 9:00 am on Thursday, October 14, 2021. Bidders are required to sign in upon arrival and the walk-through will start in the main lobby. Bid packages will be distributed at the walk-through.
