INVITATION TO BID Moscow Borough, 123 VanBrunt Street, Moscow, Pennsylvania 18444, will receive sealed bids, appropriately identified, for: MCANDREW ROAD ROADWAY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT MOSCOW BOROUGH until 12:00 P.M., on Monday August 2, 2021, at the Borough office. The bids will be opened and read aloud at a Borough meeting on Monday August 2, 2021 at 7:00 pm. Bids shall be submitted on the form provided and shall be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check, or cashier’s check equal to ten (10) percent of the total price submitted. Bids must remain valid for the period of time stated on the bid form. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
