INVITATION TO BID NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed Proposals will be received by the Bi-County Airport Board for Luzerne and Lackawanna Counties, dba Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport (Airport) for “NEW HANGAR WITH AIR & GROUND EMERGENCY RESPONSE – PRE-ENGINEERED METAL BUILDING PROCUREMENT.” Bids will be received at the Airport Administration Offices, Airport Terminal, 2nd Floor, 100 Terminal Drive, Suite 1, Avoca, PA 18641, until 2:00 p.m. local time, on Tuesday, February 21, 2023, at which time the bids will be opened and publicly read aloud in the Barry J. Centini Conference Room, 2nd Floor Terminal Building. The proposed project: CONTRACT NO. 1 – PHASE 1 – Pre-Engineered Metal Building Procurement, generally includes: Design, Engineering, Manufacture, Fabrication and Delivery of the complete Hangar Structure, Crane Beam, Roof Panels, Wall panels, Insulation, and all incidental related work. A BID SECURITY in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total Bid is required with each Proposal.
