INVITATION TO BID Notice is, hereby, given that the Dallas Township Board of Supervisors will be accepting sealed bid proposals at the Dallas Township Administration Building, located at 105 Lieutenant Michael Cleary Drive, Dallas, PA 18612 until noon Tuesday, April 6, 2021 for the following: The rental of 25 (more or less) – Forty-yard waste disposal containers for the refuse disposal to be used for our Township’s Spring Clean-Up to be held Monday May 3rd through and including Saturday May 10, 2021. The dates are subject to change due to COVID-19 and construction. Bid specifications may be obtained at the Administration Building or by calling 570-674-2000. A certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid must be enclosed. Bids shall be sealed and clearly marked “Proposal for the Rental of 25 (more or less) – Forty-Yard Waste Disposal Containers”. They will be opened at the Board of Supervisors Meeting scheduled for Tuesday April 6, 2021 at 6:30pm. Dallas Township reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
