INVITATION TO BID REFUSE COLLECTION The Scranton Housing Authority invites Bids, in duplicate, for Refuse Collection Services at various locations throughout the City of Scranton. All Bidders must be licensed contractors in Lackawanna County. The Scranton Housing Authority will receive the sealed Bids until 10:00 am, on Wednesday, April 20, 2022 at the Administrative Office of the Scranton Housing Authority, 400 Adams Avenue, Scranton, PA 18510, at which time all bids will be opened publicly. A 5% bid bond is required with this bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Specifications may be obtained, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00PM at the Scranton Housing Authority main office at 400 Adams Avenue, Scranton, PA 18510. The Scranton Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. The offerors agree that if this bid is accepted within 60 calendar days, to furnish any or all of the items upon which prices are quoted at the price set in the bid documents.
