INVITATION TO BID Reroofing at Quebec Square Housing Brooklyn, CT The Quebec Square Housing, Inc., will receive sealed bids on or before 1:30 p.m. EST, Tuesday, October 05, 2021 at the Putnam Housing Authority Offices, 123 Laconia Avenue, Putnam, Connecticut 06260 and said bids will be opened and read aloud via a Zoom video conference. Instructions on how to join this video Bid Opening will be outlined in an Addenda posted within the internet Plan Room. Bids will be received for furnishing all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to complete the Reroofing at Quebec Square Housing, Brooklyn, Connecticut and related work. Contract Documents including Plans and Specifications dated September 3, 2021, as prepared by J ASSOCIATES ARCHITECTS, 84 Market Square, Suite 3, Newington, CT 06111.
