Sealed proposals will be received by Nescopeck Twp of Luzerne County at 429 Berwick-Hazleton Hwy, P.O. Box 314 Nescopeck, Pa 18635 until 12:00 P.M. on July 27, 2021 for the following:

Approx. 340 Ton Superpave Scratch & Leveling Course, 9.5mm In Place

Approx. 679 Ton Superpave Wearing Course, 9.5mm In Place

Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. Must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
