For the following:

Belles Road Project
Contract:
Perform approximately: Furnish and place approx. 1,200 Ton of Driving Surface Aggregate (DSA), approx. 600 Ton of Fill- Shale, and approx. 580 Ton of R-7 Rock.

Mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at project location (Rohrsburg Road/Belles Road intersection) on October 1, 2021 at 9:00 am.

Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contracts is required of all bidders.

Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of worker’s compensation insurance will be required from the lowest responsible bidder.

All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. The Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act 442 Applies to project.
