For the following:    

    
Paving Project Contract

Base bid includes: Approx 856 CY of Excavation, approx 2567 SY of geotextile, furnish and place approx 770 ton of 2A Subbase, approx 924 ton of 25mm base, approx 231 ton of 9.5mm wearing, repair approx 200LF of concrete curb, and install 4 curb ramps. Alternate bid includes: approx 5378 SY of 2″ depth milling, and furnish and place approx. 646 Ton of asphalt wearing course.

Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contracts is required of all bidders.

Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of worker’s compensation insurance will be required from the lowest responsible bidder.

All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. PA Prevailing Wages are applicable to this project and will be provided by the Borough.
