“INVITATION TO BID” Sealed proposals will be received, opened and publicly read aloud by the Waverly Township Supervisors, 2nd Class of Lackawanna County, PA 18471 at 6:00pm on May 6, 2022 for the following: Milling & Resurfacing of roads: Dearborn Street T465 Starlight Drive T493 Church Street T431—— School Street T429 Before submitting bids, the Contractor must meet with Tom James (570-881-0009) to look at the road jobs before April 28, 2022. Only PennDot prequalified bidders will be accepted. Proposals must be upon forms furnished by Waverly Township (570-586-0111 or abtwpclerk@aol.com) The bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, payable to Waverly Township.
